Use the tracking number and carrier shown in your dispatch information. Your order reference identifies your purchase with Sharpcraft; it may be different from the carrier’s tracking number.
Check the Latest Carrier Update
For a USPS shipment, use official USPS tracking. For another carrier, use that carrier’s official tracking service. Review the latest scan, date and destination rather than relying on an older notification.
Understanding Common USPS Statuses
Label created / awaiting item: a shipping label has been prepared; check the carrier history for acceptance or later movement.
In transit: the shipment is being processed or transported through the network. Out for delivery: the carrier has prepared it for a delivery attempt. Neither status is proof that you have received the parcel.
Delivered: review the recorded delivery information and check with your household or building reception. If you cannot locate the parcel, follow the carrier’s current help instructions and contact Sharpcraft with your order reference.
For carrier-specific explanations and next steps, see the USPS package-status guide. Carrier estimates and scans can change; they are not a separate delivery promise from Sharpcraft.
