Shipping Rates & Order Planning

Sharpcraft Knife has a USA office and manufacturing in Pakistan. Review the shipping charge shown at checkout and confirm any destination-specific questions before ordering.

United States Shipping

Standard shipping to United States addresses is free on orders of $250 and above. Any tax shown at checkout is separate.

International Shipping

The standard international shipping rate is US$49 per order where checkout shipping is available. Please contact us before ordering if you need confirmation of delivery eligibility, carrier arrangements or import requirements. Taxes, customs duties and other destination charges may be additional; do not assume they are included in the shipping rate.

Processing & Delivery Estimates

Our standard processing estimate is up to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. The existing US delivery estimate is 1–12 business days after dispatch, depending on the service and destination; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Engraved and custom orders need their own production and dispatch estimate. Confirm the design, engraving text, quantity and required date with us before ordering. A deadline mentioned in an enquiry is not a delivery commitment until our team confirms it.

Address & Tracking Information

Enter a complete and accurate delivery address, including the apartment or building number and postal code. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. PO Box and carrier suitability should be confirmed before ordering. Tracking information is provided after dispatch; for help, see our tracking guidance or contact our team with your order reference.

Delivery Problems & Returns

If a shipment appears delayed, missing or damaged, contact us with your order reference, tracking number and relevant photographs so we can review the situation with the carrier. Read our Returns & Refunds Policy before returning an item.
